2. Atlas Crest will verify your identity before changing access or deleting eligible data.
3. We will confirm when access is disabled and explain any assignment, payment, security, or audit records that must be retained.

Submitting this request does not erase inspection evidence immediately. Atlas may need to preserve records required by a client, contract, fraud-prevention control, or law. Eligible account data will be deleted or de-identified after verification.
