Service 01

Premium audits, verified against the rating basis.

Workers' compensation, general liability, and specialty commercial lines. We verify payroll, sales, and unit exposures against what the policy actually rates on — then explain the variance in language the insured can follow.

Physical, virtual, and mail audits. Disputed and reopened files welcome.

Service 02

Loss control that a policyholder can act on.

Onsite fire, life-safety, and hazard surveys. We document how the risk is protected and managed today, photograph what matters, and separate what is required from what is advisable.

Recommendations are written to be completed, not filed — specific, priced in effort, and tied to the exposure they reduce.

Commercial property inspections, captured for underwriting.

COPE data, replacement-cost detail, occupancy, and condition — measured and photographed onsite, then written up so the underwriter is not guessing at what the building actually is.

O

Occupancy

Actual use by tenant and area, including anything not on the application.
