Acceptance.

By using this website, using an invited Atlas Inspector account, or communicating with Atlas Crest LLC ("Atlas Crest," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with an audit or inspection, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our communication channels.

About our services.

Atlas Crest provides premium audit, risk assessment and loss-control, and property inspection services to insurance carriers, MGAs, vendor networks, and their authorized intermediaries, and certain risk survey services directly to businesses. Unless a business engages us directly, our engagement is with the carrier, MGA, or vendor network — not with the policyholder. We work with policyholders as part of completing those assignments.

Use of this website.

The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, or insurance advice. We may update or change the site at any time without notice.

Use of Atlas Inspector.

Atlas Inspector is an invite-only business application for authorized Atlas Crest field inspectors. An app account does not itself create an employment relationship, guarantee assignments, confirm onboarding, or replace the written agreement that applies to an inspector's work.

Authorized users agree to:

• Use only their own account and protect their password, multifactor-authentication method, and device access.
• Access only assignments issued to them and report a mistaken assignment, lost device, or suspected account compromise promptly.
• Record complete and accurate field observations and preserve required original evidence until Atlas confirms successful receipt.
• Obtain access and take photographs only as authorized by the assignment, applicable law, and safety conditions at the property.
• Not fabricate, alter, conceal, or submit another person's inspection evidence.
• Not bypass app security, probe another user's records, extract confidential assignment data, or use the app for an unrelated purpose.

Atlas may suspend app or assignment access to protect confidential records, address an eligibility or security issue, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with a client or legal obligation. Required questions and quality checks remain binding even when an automated or AI-assisted suggestion is available. Atlas Crest and the engaging client retain the authorized human review and release decisions.

App permissions and devices.

Camera, photo-library, foreground-location, calendar, notification, and device-biometric features are used as described in the Privacy Policy. Users remain responsible for a supported, updated, passcode-protected device and for following visible offline, synchronization, correction, and submission warnings. Atlas does not require background location access.

SMS terms.

Atlas Crest may send SMS messages to policyholders, agents, and carrier contacts in connection with an active audit — appointment reminders, scheduling, records follow-up, and similar matters.

• Opt-in. By providing your mobile number to us in connection with an audit, you consent to receive SMS messages from Atlas Crest at that number.
• Program description. Recurring messages related to your audit. Message frequency varies based on the activity on your file.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email office@atlascrestllc.com.
• Supported carriers. Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile information and consent to receive SMS are not shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Email communications.

We use email throughout the audit process. Please do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, or bank account information by unencrypted email. Our records requests are written to avoid asking for this information.

Disclaimers.

This site and our communications are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of information presented on the site itself. Audit findings are provided separately to the engaging carrier or MGA under the terms of that engagement.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Crest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the site or our communication channels after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
