Who we are.

Atlas Crest LLC ("Atlas Crest," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida insurance field services firm — premium audits, risk assessments and loss-control surveys, and property inspections. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect.

We collect information directly from the people and businesses we work with — primarily policyholders, insurance carriers, MGAs, and their agents. This typically includes:

• Business contact information (name, title, company, email, phone)
• Audit records you provide (payroll registers, tax filings, sales summaries, certificates of insurance, and similar documents)
• Correspondence with us by email, phone, or SMS
• Scheduling and appointment information
• Client-provided assignment information, including property addresses, inspection instructions, and the contacts associated with an active file
• Inspection answers, internal notes, measurements, sketches, and photos collected by an authorized field inspector
• Inspector account and professional information, including name, email, service area, qualifications, onboarding status, and assignment history
• App security and operations data, including an account identifier, app-generated device identifier, push-notification token, sign-in and multifactor-authentication events, sync status, errors, and audit history
• Information you submit through our website contact form, which is delivered to our inbox by a third-party form-relay service

How we use information.

We use the information you share with us solely to perform the audit and inspection work we've been engaged to do. That includes:

• Scheduling and conducting audits and inspections
• Communicating with policyholders, carriers, MGAs, and agents about an open file
• Preparing and delivering results to the engaging client
• Maintaining our internal records of work performed
• Assigning work, confirming inspector eligibility, protecting accounts, recovering field drafts, reviewing quality, and maintaining an audit trail
• Calculating assignment pay, company revenue, and operational performance

How we share information.

Findings and supporting records are shared with the insurance carrier, MGA, or vendor network that engaged us, and with their authorized intermediaries in the chain of engagement for that file. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We also use service providers that process information for us under our direction, such as cloud hosting, authentication, private file storage, app distribution, notification, email, messaging, mapping and navigation, and support providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services and are not authorized by us to use it for their own advertising. Where personal information is involved, we require those providers through their contract, service terms, or our written instructions to use it only for the specified service and to provide privacy protection consistent with this policy.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or legitimate regulatory request.

Atlas Inspector app.

Atlas Inspector is an invite-only business app for authorized Atlas Crest field inspectors. It does not offer public account creation. The app may process the following information while an inspector handles an assigned file:

• Camera and photo library. Used only when the inspector takes or intentionally imports inspection evidence.
• Location and navigation. Precise foreground location may be attached to a photo at capture time. When an inspector intentionally opens route assistance, the assignment destination address is sent to Apple Maps so the device can provide navigation. Atlas Inspector does not request background location.
• Calendar. Used only when the inspector taps to add a confirmed appointment to a writable iPhone calendar. Atlas Inspector does not read or upload personal calendar events, titles, notes, attendees, or unrelated event details.
• Face ID or device passcode. Used by the device to unlock locally protected app data. Atlas Crest does not receive or store biometric templates.
• Notifications. A device token may be stored to deliver assignment and appointment notices. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.
• Offline field data. Assigned records, drafts, and unsent evidence may be encrypted on the device so work can be recovered and synchronized later.

Outside property records may be shown with their source to help an inspector verify a fact on site. They are not silently converted into an inspector's answer, and automated or AI-assisted checks do not replace required fieldwork or the authorized human review of a report.

SMS messaging.

Atlas Crest may communicate with policyholders, agents, and carrier contacts by SMS for matters related to an active audit — appointment reminders, scheduling, records follow-up, and similar.

Mobile information and consent to receive SMS are not shared with, or sold to, any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

• SMS is used only for audit-related communication with people who have given us their number in that context.
• Message frequency varies based on the activity on your audit.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
• You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
• Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data security.

We treat audit records as confidential. Documents and communications are stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with the audit's chain of engagement. We use role-based access, multifactor authentication for protected functions, private file storage, encrypted local app storage, and operational audit records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and account requests.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the active assignment, quality review, payment, security, support, contractual recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by client and record type. A field inspector may initiate account deactivation, correction, or deletion through our account-request page or by emailing office@atlascrestllc.com. Atlas Crest will delete or de-identify eligible account data, but may retain assignment, payment, security, and audit records that must be preserved for a client, contractual, fraud-prevention, or legal reason. Removing an account does not erase records that Atlas Crest is required to keep.

Your choices.

Optional camera-library, location, calendar, biometric, and notification access can be controlled through the app or device settings. Some field tasks cannot be completed without the evidence required by the applicable client assignment. Questions or requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent to the contact address below. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before acting on a request involving confidential assignment records.

Children's privacy.

Our services are for businesses and insurance professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
